My favorite way to eat chicken is chicken from the crockpot because it can be shredded and it's really tender. Here is one of our dinners from this past week.
~Fat Free Italian Dressing
~Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1.) Cook the chicken in the crockpot with the italian dressing on the high setting for 4 hours. We did this the day before we were having this dinner.
2.) Wash then cut the ends off of the green beans (each end needs to be cut off).
3.) Put a little bit of olive oil in a pan, and then place the green beans in the pan and cook on the medium setting. Add as little or as much minced garlic to the green beans as you would like.
4.) Wash then cut up your onions, zucchini, and carrots.
5.) Place the cut vegetables in another pan with some olive oil. Once the vegetables start cooking, add in some teriyaki sauce.
6.) After the green beans are finished, put a little shredded parmesan cheese on top.
It's a lot of cutting up vegetables, but it was soooo good!
